This policy applies to all products and spiritual services available on AcharyaAnupPandit.com. We aim to maintain transparency and fairness in all transactions while upholding the sanctity of astrological and spiritual services.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Return Window:
Products can be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery.
Conditions for Return:
- Items must be in original condition – unused, untampered, sealed packaging, and with all tags and labels intact.
- We will not accept returns for:
- Used or damaged products (excluding transit damage)
- Tampered items
- Items returned beyond the return window
Non-Returnable Items:
Some products and services are not eligible for return unless found damaged or defective upon delivery:
- Customized or energized spiritual items
- Personalized puja services
- Spiritual books and yantras
- Live plants or natural items

Return Shipping Responsibility:
- For damaged/incorrect products: We cover the return shipping.

4. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds are issued only if:
- The product is damaged or defective
- A replacement is not possible
- An incorrect item was shipped
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Products damaged after delivery
- Items returned without original packaging
- Services already rendered (like consultations or rituals)
Refund Timeline:
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Partial Refunds:
In case of damaged or incomplete returns (not our fault), we may issue a partial refund depending on the condition of the returned item.
5. Order Cancellation & Payment Issues
Cancellation by Customer:
You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us. Once shipped, it can only be handled under the return policy.
Cancellation by Us:
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, unavailability, or incorrect listings. Any payments made will be fully refunded.
Dispute Resolution:
Our maximum liability is limited to the product's purchase price. We do not cover incidental losses or additional expenses under any circumstances.
Payment Refunds:
For online payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, PhonePe, etc., the amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment gateway.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
Report Damage Promptly:
Contact us within 3 days of delivery if the product is defective or damaged. Share clear images and order details.
Replacement Process:
We'll send a free replacement for verified damages. If unavailable, a full refund will be issued. In some cases, we may request the product be returned at our expense.
